When setting up my first Etsy shop I knew I needed some really eye-catching art work to make the shop stand out from a million others on the site. I contacted Valerie, expecting to purchase only a pre-made banner and was so surprised! The shop owner applied her creativity to design a fantastic banner and avatar which were exactly what I envisioned for my shop. She was also very empathetic and went out of her way to instruct me on many of the details as to how to get it up and running and how to establish a presence on facebook.
